FatBurger Kuwait is expensive

When I went to Fatburger Kuwait last week, I immediately thought that FatBurger was a tad bit expensive. Then I thought about it, and convinced my self that no, I had ordered a lot, thats all.

Well, guess what? Buzberry.com also thought FatBurger is a bit expensive too. Glad to know I’m not the only one!

Just remember one thing, the food is really delicious and light.

Very very unwelcoming staff and rude, and the manager could barely speak english and was not scencere,he sounds korean

they made us wait untill 6:30pm yesterday to start taking orders although fotoor time was 6:20 :S, they didnt understand we were fasting and didnt let us order drinks to break our fast :S

not to mention locking us out when we went for a 5 minute stroll outside lol. @ 6:25pm

The staff were very unprofessional, they didnt know the menu well, half of them said they had chilli fries and the other half said they didnt, they were trying to keep us out like herd

The food was definetly not worth the trip nor is the price. I’d be more than happy to pay the same amount to a much more professional burger chain such as Johnny Rockets which come with the experience as well.

That can’t be right… Every place in Kuwait knows how to give out complimentary laban and dates for fe6oor time.

I assume you tried talking to the manager, coz u mentioned that his english is bad. That is weird, coz i don’t think any of the staff speak arabic at all, so how does he communicate with them?!

And i think i agree with u that the staff need a bit more training. They messed up our order too, but only with the fries. We ended up paying more coz of this mishap. Also, when i asked if they wud open a morning shift, i got the weird funny answer of “yes, in ramadan inshalla”.

I’m going to stop right now coz it’s just too difficult to talk abt food while fasting ;)

I went there before Ramadan, and the same experienced I had.

The staff doesn’t know and not trained well.

When I asked when is the chicken burger to be available in the menu, he said “Inshaalah soon”, what does it mean?
