Fahad Al-Butairi was in the House

One Final More Important Update:
I received an email a few days ago from youtube telling me that someone has reported me for violating their privacy rules regarding a few videos of Fahad Al-Butairi. This became an awkward thing to sort out, mainly because I had took all of Fahad’s videos offline the second I got a request from Fahd and Ibrahim to do so [check link here].
I thought the matter was settled then and there, with me taking the vids in question offline. So you can just imagine my annoyed and unpleasant surprise when youtube informed me of the reported complaint!!
I responded back to youtube, assuring them that no privacy violation has taken place from my side. I feel fairly comfortable that my reply to them is sufficient enough to remove me from any violation penalties.
Having said that (and more importantly, taken the vids offline), I am hereby decaring that I officially and personally am putting the vids back online. If I had respected the personal (and not legally binding) request of Fahad and his team in taking the vids offline in the first place, I am equally very offended that they dared to report me to youtube, even after I had taken the vids offline. Since I can’t find any legal reason for reporting me to youtube, I equally can’t find any reason for me to feel bad to put the vids back online.

Important update:
I took the vids offline. Fahad and Ibrahim made the request, and I don’t feel comfortable keeping them online knowing they won’t like it. And like I told them, I wish they had said something when we were there; rather than let us shoot vids, put them online, just to have to take them offline later. Plus, no one likes to be told what to do, it would’ve been easier no to shoot right from the start.
Fahad Al-Butairi entertained us with his amazing standup comedy. He covered the famous Kuwaiti McChicken, Twitter investment, uniform fashions of khalejeyeen, a bit of politics, Kabat Ommi, and whole lot more stuff.
I should have said this at the beginning of this post: Fahad Al-Butairi was the main attraction at VIVA’s Comedy Night at GUST University last night. He just keeps getting better and better, his LayKather youtube show is a year old and each episode is now loyally watched by hundreds of thousands of fans.
This is my 2nd time seeing Fahad in real life standup comedy (click here to watch the first), and in both times he rocked. He never seizes to amaze in person. So if you thought he’s only funny when taping comedy shows, then think again. He is just plain all round funny guy.
There were two other Saudi funny guys with Fahad. Ibrahim Khayrallah is the temsa7 alligator guy from all those LayKather shows, he’s so funny, he actually ran for Arab Got Talent (but lost). The other guy is a young saudi named Fadi, who I swear looks so Kuwaiti on the outside, but is so saudi funny on the inside.
