Review of Pizza Hut’s New Flavors of Arabia
January 23, 2012 1 Comment
We had the opportunity to taste Pizza Hut’s new Flavors of Arabia pizzas and appetizers. The new flavors consist of 4 pizzas: two chicken and two meat, and three different appetizers.
The main difference between these pizzas and the regular ones is the absence of tomato based pizza sauce, they all have a different sauce. The chicken pizzas comes in a light garlic cream sauce, while the meat ones come in a light humus\tahina cream sauce. All pizza have this sauce as a base, and as a topping drizzled over the pizza.

- Chicken Tawouq (top right pic).
- Meat Shawarma (bottom left pic).

Now comes the appetizers. There are three new ones: Za’atar chicken wings, arabian sausages sujuk rolls, and tiny cheese rolls. The wings are friend and then coated with za’atar. The sujuk rolls are filled with arabian sausages, green olives, and tomato sauce. The last one is the cheese pastry bits, filled with what I guess is Halloum. Here are the appetizers’ names:

- Tiny cheese pastries (bottom right pic).
