The Most Amazing Light Show Ever… What Al-Hamra’s Show Should Have Been Like

Checkout Nokia’s amazing light show, celebrating the launch of it’s new Lumia 800 phone. The event took place in London on the river Thames, and I have got to say this: it was mighty super dazzling.

When I saw it, I immediately thought of the terrible boring light show Al-Hamra had a few weeks ago. Why didn’t they get the guy who did Nokia’s light show? Do you think it’s too late for Al-Hamra to change their program? It would be so cool to have this light show in Kuwait.

You have got to check the vid out, it’s the most amazing 4D show anyone has ever seen. They’re using a huge building as the backdrop for the show, and you can literally see the building transform into a multi-dimensional surface. It’s just beyond wow.

Steve Jobs’ futuristic house

I posted this last year, but I thought I’d post it again after yesteday’s news about Steve Jobs resigning from Apple. It was a great sketch last year, and I think it’s still funny now. Hope you enjoy it too.

Are You Going to Glastonbury Fest. This Year?

Then you’ll be happy to know that you can recharge your mobile phones just by listening to the musical sound waves, with Orange’s special “Sound Charge” t-shirt. What a great way to use all that musical power.

U2, Coldplay, Beyonce, and Paul Simon are all part of this year’s lineup at the Glastonbury Fest. I envy anyone and everyone going there this year. You better get me a t-Shirt.

To All You xBox & PS3 Fans: New Kind of Trailer

This is the trailer for a game, not a movie. It’s for L.A. Noir, and it comes from the makers of Grand Theft Auto. This is what Blogged In had to say about it:

With this week’s release of gritty 1940s detective drama L.A. Noire for the Xbox 360 and PS3, however, Rockstar has raised the bar for what constitutes a cinematic video game experience. Boasting groundbreaking facial-mapping technology, an all-star cast and a lifelike recreation of 1940s Los Angeles, it’s already being tipped as one of the year’s best games.

“Ever since it first worked out how to assemble pixels so that they resembled something more recognisable than aliens,” says The Guardian, “the games industry has dreamed of creating one thing above all else – a game that is indistinguishable from a film, except that you can control the lead character. With L.A. Noire, it just might, finally, have found the embodiment of that particular holy grail.”

The $100 Million yacht

It’s not what I expected from a $100 Million yacht. It actually looks like a super powered huge sailboat\spaceship, like something you would see on StarTrek.
