Update on the cat killer

This is an update to yesterday’s post. The youtube channel of the sick guy who posted videos of shooting and killing street cats has been removed. Youtube deleted his channel and videos less than a day after Mark from 248am posted about this disgusting channel. It shows you that youtube takes violations like this very seriously. Thanks to everyone who flagged the videos and reported the channel.

Serves you right you sick weirdo. I just wish we had real animal cruelty laws in Kuwaiti so you be punished properly for your horrifying murders.

Jimmy Fallon’s evolution of Mom and Dad dancing

America’s 1st lady, Michelle Obama, joins Jimmy Fallon on his Evolution of Mom Dancing. That’s one cool mom.

This is Fallon’s Evolution of Dad dancing video, which he released last year. It’s lame and dorky, no where near as cool as Michelle’s dancing.

Both are funny remakes of the original “Evolution of Dance” youtube video, which still to this day tops youtube’s most viewed vids of all time.

This was one of youtube’s hot videos of the year, deserving a top spot on the “Youtube Rewind 2012″ video list. It’s such a great funny vid, I’m amazed I haven’t seen it before.

Get MP3 songs from youtube videos

If you ever want to get an MP3 music file of a youtube video, then all you need to do is go to youtube-mp3.org, plug in the vid’s URL, and click on convert. The result is pretty instant.

I used to use another site called ListenToYoutube, and I’ve even posted about it around two years ago [link]. However, this new site is much better, faster, and straight forward simple.

I used it today to get Kuwait’s national anthem, for the Golden Jubilee Monument pictures slideshow I posted about today [link]. The whole process literally took like 30 seconds from start to finish (a lot faster than the 3-4 minutes the site states).

What is YouTube mp3?

YouTube-mp3.org is the easiest online service for converting videos to mp3. You do not need an account, the only thing you need is a YouTube URL. We will start to convert the audiotrack of your videofile to mp3 as soon as you have submitted it and you will be able to download it. A great take on Nicki Minaj’s Starships vid

This is a very creative and talented remake of Nicki Minaj’s Starships song (a huge fav of mine btw). All the sounds in this vid are made by mouth and voice only, everything. It’s just unbelievable how they didn’t used any musical instruments at all. And the best part is they got to include a lot of fan made vids singing\covering this song.

This kind of music is called Cappella, the art of making musical sounds by only voice and mouth without using any kind of instruments. The guy in this vid is called Mike Tompkins, a top Cappella artist, and he enlisted the cast of the new upcoming movie, Pitch Perfect, a movie about the Cappella art.

The end result is something highly skilful and full of talent, something even the great Minaj would be proud of.

Youtube’s new iPhone app for iOS6

If you’re one of the people who’ve already upgraded to IOS6, then you’ll notice that Apple removed Youtube’s official default app. Luckily, Youtube had already released their own iPhone and iPad app last week, and it’s free on the iTunes store.
