I really wana go there

I had posted before about Desert Islands inAbu Dhabi. I wanted to go there for a short weekend. They’ve got a lot of water sports over there like kayaking and canoeing, and I was sold from the minute I saw the first ad.

Now, I feel stressed because I can’t seem to be able to take a few days off to go check out the place. And they had to add planes to the matter, and a 3rd night free promotion.

No need Bani Yas Islands, I so want to go there, like right now, this weekend!

I love Canoeing & Kayaking

I’ve always loved canoeing and kayaking. Whether I’m alone or with a friend, it’s always fun and exercising. I don’t get to do it much in Kuwait because of the weather. It’s either too sunny, sea is too wavy, or both at the same time.

I was thinking of taking a few days off during this week or the next. And when I saw this ad, I have to admit, I got a little excited.

I’m going to check out the website, and see if the water and weather are good as they appear in the pics. And maybe, just maybe, Bin Yas Island would be my next destination.

Gold ATM Machine

Check out this new ATM machine, it dispenses gold rather than cash. It’s located in Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Don’t forget, Tiesto is coming to Abu Dhabi

Just to remind you music fans out there, DJ Tiesto is coming to Abu Dhabi on Oct. 1st. Check my previous post for details.

DJ Tiesto coming to Abu Dhabi

  • One of the most famous DJs in the world is coming to Abu Dhabi on Oct. 1.
  • Tiesto will be performing at ADNEC Hall, as part of his Kaleidoscope tour.
  • Prices are from Dh 130-250, strictly 18+.
  • You can get tickets and information here.

Last time I saw Tiesto was in Dubai, 3 years ago, on Valentine’s day. That was a terrific weekend for me and my friends. We got to see both Tiesto and Santana that weekend. I highly recommend going to Tiesto for an electrifying night, but I do wish he was playing in Dubai and not Abu Dhabi.
