Government grant this October? منحة حكومية في أكتوبر؟

بما يشبه البشرى، أعلنت وزير الدولة لشؤون التخطيط والتنمية، وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الأمة الدكتورة رولا دشتي لـ«الراي» عن توزيع منحة للمواطنين عن أحد المشاريع التنموية، دون الافصاح عنها، تاركة الامر مفاجأة في الايام المقبلة.
وبسؤالها عن الفترة الزمنية لتوزيع المنحة، اجابت بأنها ستكون خلال الشهرين المقبلين تقريبا [المصدر].

- Do you think it’s the government’s way of bribing people into forgetting our judicial mess?
From the sound of it, it looks like shares in some new development project, just like they did with Warba bank. I heard that the bank started operations already, but I also heard that a lot of non-Kuwatis got employed there, at a time when a lot more of our Kuwaiti investment managers and bankers are still unemployed after the ’08 crises.
As for dividend or profits, we have’t seen anything yet from it. What I’m basically saying is:
مشكورين، بس خلوا بشارتكم حقك روحكم… محنا محتاجين لا منح و لا عطايا، محتاجينكم تشتغلون مثل خلق الله و تخافون ربكم بالكويت
